Agents use tools, single steps such as an API call, an LLM prompt or custom code, connect to more than 2,000 apps and 1,000+ app triggers, and can run on a schedule, escalate to people by email or Slack, and work in chat mode. Ready-made use cases cover sales, customer success, marketing, support, HR, operations and research, such as a prospect researcher, a pre-meeting prepper, a post-call actioner, a meeting scheduler and a proposal builder. Invent, its AI solutions engineer, helps teams find what to automate and turn their know-how into agents, while the Team and Enterprise plans add calling and meeting agents, A/B testing and analytics. Developers can manage agents through the API, an SDK and a remote MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other clients, and teams can bring their own model API keys. Updates ship often; the October 2026 changelog added model controls for Enterprise admins and new alarms on the Tasks page. There is no free plan, as the Free plan was retired for new and existing accounts. Pro costs $29 a month or $19 a month billed yearly for 2,500 Actions and $20 of Vendor Credits a month, 2 build users and 1 project. Team costs $349 a month or $234 a month billed yearly for 7,000 Actions, $70 of Vendor Credits, 5 build users, 45 end users, credit rollover, calling and meeting agents and priority support, and Enterprise is priced on request with SSO, audit logs and a dedicated account manager. Extra Actions cost $80 per 1,000 and extra Vendor Credits $20 per 10,000. It suits sales, marketing, support and operations teams that want agents to handle repeat work.
