These terms apply to your use of www.artificialintelligencetoolslist.com ("AITL", "we"). AITL is operated by a company based in Europe, and you can reach us at info@artificialintelligencetoolslist.com. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 16 to use AITL. Products marked 18+ are intended for adults only.

What AITL is

AITL is a directory of AI tools, provided for general information. We are not the maker or seller of the products listed, and we are not part of any agreement between you and their providers. Nothing on AITL is professional, legal or financial advice.

Accuracy of information

We check listings, but prices, plans and features change, and we can make mistakes. Always confirm the details on the provider's official website before you buy or rely on a product. If you see an error, please tell us.

Affiliate links

Some links on AITL are affiliate or referral links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The link does not guarantee or imply that the product suits your needs.

Discounts and coupons

Discounts shown on AITL are set by the product providers. They may change or end at any time, and may carry their own conditions. We do not guarantee that any offer will work or remain available.

Third-party products

Your use of any listed product is governed by that provider's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party products, websites or services, including their quality, availability, security or how they treat your data.

Submitting a tool

When you submit a tool, you confirm that:

  • you are allowed to submit it;
  • the information you provide is accurate and not misleading;
  • the product and your materials are lawful and do not infringe anyone's rights.

You allow us to use, edit, display and promote the product's name, logo, description and screenshots on AITL and in our emails and social channels, for as long as the tool is listed and as needed afterwards to remove it from those channels.

Approval is not guaranteed. We may decline, edit or remove any listing at our discretion, as described on our How We Curate page, including for Featured tools.

Featured listings

Featured listings are paid placements. They are shown in labeled Featured sections on AITL and promoted in emails to our subscribers. The plan and its current price are shown on the Submit a Tool page.

  • Review first: we review each tool before accepting payment. If your tool is approved, we contact you with the payment details.
  • Payment: we accept PayPal, Stripe and Bitcoin. The method is arranged privately with each customer.
  • Duration, renewal and refunds: we agree these with you in writing before you pay. We do not renew or charge you automatically unless you have agreed to it.
  • No guaranteed results: a Featured listing does not guarantee traffic, sign-ups or sales.
  • Removal: we may end a Featured listing if the product breaks these terms or stops meeting our criteria.

If you buy as a consumer, the rights your local law gives you, including any right of withdrawal, are not affected by these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights through the site;
  • attack, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to the site;
  • send spam, malware or false information through our forms;
  • copy substantial parts of the directory to build or feed a competing service.

Search engines and AI assistants may access the site as allowed by our robots.txt file.

Intellectual property

The AITL name, site design, text and the way the directory is organized belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and quote short passages with a link back to AITL. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners, and showing them does not mean those owners endorse AITL.

If you believe content on AITL infringes your rights, write to info@artificialintelligencetoolslist.com with the page address and the details of your claim.

Disclaimer

AITL is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of AITL or any listed product. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Suspension

We may suspend or block access to the site, or remove any content, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken. We may also change or stop any part of the site at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use AITL after a change means you accept the new version. Any Featured listing already paid for keeps the conditions agreed when you paid, for the period you paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which AITL is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim there.
