Who It’s Best For
About the tool
AccurateScribe AI converts audio and video recordings into text. You upload a file or paste a link, including a YouTube URL, and its Whisper-based speech recognition returns a transcript in minutes. It supports 134+ languages with automatic language detection, labels different speakers in meetings and interviews, and offers an alternative model for noisy or low-quality recordings in some languages. Transcripts open in a timestamped editor and can be translated into 130+ languages. They export as DOCX, PDF, TXT or CSV documents and as SRT, VTT or FCPXML subtitle files, with bulk export for several files. Files can run up to 10 hours or 5 GB, and up to 50 can be processed at once. AccurateScribe is available as a web app, an iOS app, a Windows app from the Microsoft Store, a Chrome extension and a GPT in ChatGPT. Original uploads are deleted after processing. A free trial needs no card but shows only partial transcripts. The paid plan unlocks unlimited transcription and subtitles for $19.99 a month, or $119.99 a year ($9.99 a month). Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time, but all purchases are non-refundable.
