Novastart replaces the traditional desktop interface with an infinite visual whiteboard canvas where applications, documents, and web sessions reside side by side. Users can organize complex multi-app projects spatially, save persistent canvas states, and collaborate live with team members using independent cursors and machine-to-machine app streaming. Built around a concurrent computer-use model, Novastart enables a lead AI agent to spawn up to 10 helper agents that operate applications simultaneously. Each agent works with its own labeled cursor and virtual keyboard across standalone windows, allowing complex tasks like research, spreadsheet entry, and document drafting to happen concurrently while the human user continues working on the same machine. Operating both as a desktop app for Windows and Intel Macs and as a bare-metal USB-installable operating system for x86 PCs, Novastart emphasizes visual transparency and control.
