Photo to Cartoon is a browser-based AI cartoon generator that turns photos of people, pets and places into cartoon, anime and sketch artwork. You add a photo by drag and drop, paste, file picker or image URL, choose a style, and download the result. It reads JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 10MB, works in desktop and mobile browsers, and offers its interface in 15 languages. The cartoon studio lists 20 styles, including anime, manga, 3D animation, comic, pixel art, claymation, cel-shaded and doodle looks. Separate pages cover photo to anime and photo to sketch, with 32 sketch styles such as pencil, charcoal, ink and line art. You can set the output ratio to 1:1, 16:9, 9:16 or the original size, adjust the effect strength, and describe changes in a text prompt, such as softer lines or bolder colours. The site says uploaded photos and results are deleted within two hours and are not used to train models. It does not name the AI model behind the conversions. Pricing is based on credits, and 1 credit makes 1 image. Signing up gives 2 free credits that do not expire, and downloads need an account. Paid packs are one-time payments valid for one month, with no auto-renewal: 5 credits for $0.99, 100 for $9.99, 300 for $19.99 and 1,000 for $49.99. Larger packs add 4K downloads and a faster queue, and the site lists commercial use rights on the $19.99 and $49.99 packs. It suits anyone making avatars, gifts, cards or social posts from their own photos.
