Emailwish is an all-in-one marketing platform for Shopify and WooCommerce store owners, D2C brands and ecommerce marketers. It brings email automation, live chat, popups, product reviews, wishlists and back-in-stock alerts into one dashboard, so a store does not need a separate app for each job. Prebuilt flows cover welcome series, abandoned carts, review requests and chat follow-ups, and they are tailored to the store's brand and products. The AI features sit in chat and email creation. The AI live chat answers common questions 24/7, including order status and delivery tracking, can recommend catalog products, and hands conversations to the team in a shared inbox. A free AI email generator creates marketing emails from a store URL, its products and a chosen campaign type. Activity from chats, reviews and popups can also trigger emails and build segments. The site does not name the AI models it uses, and A/B testing is marked as coming soon. The free Seed plan includes 1,000 emails a month and 100 contacts. Launch costs $35 per month for 10,000 emails, Growth $100 per month for 50,000 emails, and Enterprise $1,000 per month for 480,000 emails, with extra emails charged per 1,000. Plans are billed per store, no free trial of paid plans is offered, and no yearly prices are listed.
